The Nature Process consists of five steps or principles that can be practiced separately or together:
Step into a deeper experience of the natural world as you become aware of your multiple senses.
Connect to the wisdom of the body.
Let go of stories and beliefs you have about life and learn to think like Nature and as a part of Nature.
Experience and understand the non-verbal language of Nature.
Feel yourself as a part of a greater whole, Nature, and use your sensory connections to return to a state of balance and well-being.
These five steps practiced together can be done daily in as little as thirty minutes.
